When did you meet?
Laura: We first met through friends when I came to Natalie’s flat in March 2024. I thought Nathalie seemed really nice.
What were your first dates like?
Laura: On our first date we went to the beach in Ayr, held hands and and took some pictures. I was so pleased when Nathalie asked me out.
Nathalie: We also went to Clubland at the Hydro last year when we were getting to know each other.
What do you like about each other?
Nathalie: Laura is funny, kind and caring – when I’m not well she stays up to look after me.
Laura: You can get a good laugh with Natalie. She’s beautiful. We love spending time together whether its getting lunch or dinner (we like Frankie and Benny’s!) or going for a drink at the pub, or going to the cinema for some quiet.
Tell us about getting engaged?
Nathalie: I proposed to Laura cause I want to spend the rest of our lives together. I can’t wait to be together forever.
Laura: I just thought it was a right thing to do, get engaged to my girlfriend. She’s my everything.
Favourite moments in your relationship?
Laura: I love when we go to the bingo, it’s so much fun.
Nathalie: We like to go out for walk, we went for a romantic trip to Burntisland recently.
How does coming to get2gether support your relationship?
Nathalie: Going to Big Nights Out is a right laugh. We feel safe because we trust get2gether and we get to make new friends.
Laura: I love spending time with each other but also getting to know new people around us
